Once a month, we invite you to take a look at what’s going on at H&R and to see what happened last month from the small celebrations we had to the big projects we completed. Ever wanted to get an inside look at H&R? This is your chance. These are our Big Shots from May.

A BOMAG roller awaiting salvage in the yard.
This month there were two rollers in the salvage yard which was a little unique and interesting. You know … variation, spice of life, and all that.
5 recently salvaged bulldozer blades.
Five blades in a row?! Who do we think we are? Gillette?!
A cylinder wrapped and ready to ship.
This cylinder is prepped, wrapped, palleted, and ready to go. It almost looks too nice to get dirty on a machine, but it’s gotta get to work.
An excavator undercarriage full of debris.
Sometimes an excavator arrives at our salvage yards with clear indications its undercarriage has been constantly cleaned, meticulously maintained, and lovingly looked after, and sometimes … well, we get it, this isn’t the soap-making industry.
An excavator arm with central terminal in background.
Two excavator arms unfolded with Buffalo’s Historic Central Terminal in the background on a warm, spring day. We’ll take it.
An excavator arm with sky above.
Look up! A lot of times you can get an interesting view if you just remember those two little words. And, as a bonus, you’ll bump your head on less things.
Excavator arms lined up.
A row of excavators ready and waiting in the yard: Here today, parts tomorrow.
An excavator in salvage.
One cylinder left and then this excavator will be fully dis-armed.
A number of used engines.
Take a look down Used Engine Avenue. Maybe that used engine you’ve been searching for lives on that street.
Tracks from a house cat.
Oh, you’re wondering if we have CAT tracks in the yard? Let me go check. Yep.
