Once a month, we invite you to take a look at what’s going on behind the scenes at H&R and to see what happened last month from the small celebrations we had to the big projects we completed. Ever wanted to get an inside look at H&R? This is your chance. These are our Big Shots from January.

We did it again — a machine comes into Teardown, and we already have a customer waiting on a bucket link. Our Teardown techs are ready to get to work.
Our Teardown technician needed a little extra help from the torch to remove this counterweight from a John Deere 824K wheel loader.

The strong collaboration within H&R remains evident as two technicians are observed working together on a floating seal required to finalize the reconstruction of a final drive.
At H&R, we value collaboration and teamwork to successfully complete tasks for our valued customers. Check out two of our skilled Teardown team members as they work together to remove a wheel loader rim from a John Deere 824K.
Buffalo snowstorms? No problem! H&R can't be stopped from getting the job done.
We recently hosted a rear axle for a Caterpillar 938K wheel loader in one of our rebuild shops, and captured footage of our technician in action, maneuvering an impact to perfect the part for our customer.
Despite the fact that this skid steer isn't at its optimal condition anymore, we are excited to present to you our Caterpillar 246 skid steer, which is a bit of a rarity for us.
What happens to sticks with (excavator) attachment issues at H&R? We put 'em under a little heat.
This Volvo excavator arrived to the H&R salvage yard, as a "shear" delight.
The holiday season has come to an end, but it made us remember that true value comes from within. Much like what is on the inside of this cylinder for a Caterpillar wheel loader.
