Engine

• Description - Value added engines are sold as complete running units, less starter and alternator. They include all necessary operating components including crankcase, cylinder heads, oil pan, fuel injection pump, and turbochargers if equipped. Engines will have crankshaft bearings caps spot checked, for inspection of bearings and crankshaft condition. Bearing caps are then retorqued to specification. Valve lash is adjusted to specification. Engines, when possible, are dynamometer tested to assure proper horsepower, torque, and overall operation. Used, core and parts units are sold in as removed condition without warranty.

• Warranty - Value added engines which have been dynamometer tested will be warranted against major component failure for a period of 30 days from invoice date. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility. No warranty is provided for engines sold in a used, core or parts condition.

Cylinder Heads

• Description - Value Added Cylinder Heads are sold as bare castings including valve guides, valve seats and injection tubes. All cylinder heads are sold without valves unless special arrangements are made to complete them. Head castings will be cleaned, inspected for cracks, leaks, and checked for serviceability. Valve guides and seats will be serviceable but must be fitted to the customer's replacement valves. Used and core cylinder heads are sold in an as removed condition and are not warranted.

• Warranty - Value added cylinder heads are warranted for 30 days from invoice date. Warranty will be on a replacement parts basis only. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility. No warranty is provided for cylinder heads sold in a used or core condition.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Crankshafts

• Description - Crankshafts are sold as bare castings less bearings and drive gears. Reconditioned crankshafts are magnifluxed for cracks and checked for straightness. Journal surfaces are checked for proper size and polished or ground as required. Reconditioned crankshafts are not welded or chromed. Value added crankshafts have journals measured for serviceability and receive a visual check for overall condition.

• Warranty - Reconditioned crankshafts are warranted for 90 days from invoice date. Warranty will be on a parts replacement basis only. Value added crankshafts are warranted for 30 days from invoice date on a part replacement basis only. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Fuel Injection Pumps

• Description - Fuel injection pumps are sold including pump housing, governor housing unless specified, and all internal parts. Pump drive gears or drive assemblies are not included. Roosa master pumps do not include the pump drive shaft. Reconditioned pumps are disassembled, cleaned resealed and checked for proper fuel delivery specifications by an independent fuel injection pump shop. Used, core and parts pumps are sold as is where is.

• Warranty - Reconditioned fuel pumps are warranted for 90 days from invoice date. Warranty will be on a parts replacement basis only. Used, core and parts fuel injection pumps are not warranted. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Camshafts

• Description - Camshafts are sold as castings less drive gears. Value added camshafts are checked for straightness and proper lobe profile. Used camshafts are given a visual inspection and sold as is.

• Warranty - Reconditioned camshafts are warranted for 90 days from invoice date. Warranty will be on a replacement basis only. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility. Used camshafts are not warranted.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Turbo Chargers

• Description - Rotating Assemblies include the turbocharger center housing, shaft, compressor, and turbine wheels. Complete Turbochargers include a rotating assembly plus the compressor housing and exhaust housing. Rebuilt turbochargers are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. They receive new bearings and seals. Value added turbochargers are cleaned and visually inspected for damage. Shafts are checked for free rotation and tightness of bearings. Used, core and parts units are sold in as is condition and are not warranted.

• Warranty - Rebuilt turbochargers are warranted for six months. Value added Turbochargers are warranted for 30 days. Used, core and parts turbochargers are not warranted. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Transmissions

• Description - Transmissions are sold as complete assemblies, including transmission control valves that are mounted to the transmission case. Reconditioned transmissions are completely disassembled and housings are thoroughly cleaned. All shafts, clutch packs, and valves are disassembled, inspected, and reconditioned using new parts as required. Upon reassemble they are spin and flow tested on a test stand. Operating pressures are adjusted and the transmission is cycled through all operating ranges to check for proper performance. Value added transmissions will receive a visual inspection, have all sump screens or filters removed and cleaned, and checked for contamination. They will then be spun tested, checking all operating pressures and clutch pack performance. Used, core and parts units are sold in as removed condition without warranty.

• Warranty - Reconditioned transmissions will be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of invoice. Minor repairs will be on a parts only basis. Major repairs will be performed at H&R's facility. Transportation costs for return of a failed transmission will be paid by H&R. Labor for removal and reinstallation of the transmission will not be covered. Value added transmissions will be warranted against major failure for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Warranty will be limited to supplying of replacement parts only. Removal, installation, and any labor incurred are the customer's responsibility. Core and parts transmissions are not warranted.

• Core - Transmission cores when called for must be returned with all parts as supplied. They need not be fully assembled but must be packaged to prevent damage during shipment. H&R will pay return freight within the North American continent.

Torque Converter

• Description - Torque Converters are sold as complete assemblies, including any valving that is mounted to the torque converter case. Hydraulic pumps and charging pumps normally mounted in or on the torque converter are not included. Reconditioned torque converters are completely disassembled. All parts are cleaned, inspected, and checked as necessary. They are reassembled and flow tested to check for proper sealing. Regulator valves are adjusted to correct operating pressure.

• Warranty - Reconditioned torque converters are warranted for 90 days from date of invoice. Minor repairs will be on a parts only basis. Major repairs will be performed at H&R's facility. Transportation costs will be paid by H&R. Labor for removal and installation will not be covered.

• Core - Torque converter cores when called for must be returned with all parts as supplied by H&R. They need not be fully assembled but must be packaged to prevent damage during shipment. H&R will pay return freight within the North American continent. H&R will make all arrangements for return freight.

Differentials

• Description - Differentials, or third members, are the complete gear set or center portion in the middle of the axle housing. Differentials are supplied with the outer housing, ring and pinion, differential carrier complete with side gears, spider gears, cross and limited slip parts if so equipped. Some differentials are supplied with parking brakes if noted. Reconditioned differentials are completely disassembled. Bearings, gears, and seals are inspected and replaced as required. Parts are reassembled and adjusted for proper gear tooth patterns and backlash. Value Added Differentials are visually inspected externally and internally as much as possible without disassembly for gear backlash, visual seal condition and wear patterns. Used differentials are sold in an as removed condition without warranty.

• Warranty - Reconditioned differentials will be warranted for a period of 90 days from date of invoice. Warranted differentials will be replaced as complete assemblies or credited back for the purchase price. Freight costs for warranted differentials will be paid by H&R, labor for removal and installation of warranted differentials are the customer's responsibility. Value added differentials are warranted for 30 days on a replacement or purchase price credit basis. Used differentials are not warranted.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Hydraulic Pumps & Motors

• Description - Rebuilt pumps are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected and rebuilt with OEM or other replacement parts and resealed. They are flow tested to assure they meet or exceed OEM specifications. The components are checked for proper operating tolerances and are replaced as necessary. Value Added pumps are cleaned and given an internal and external visual inspection and the shafts are inspected for wear and pumps are rotated to check for freedom of movement. Hydraulic supply pumps and charging pumps are sold complete less any drive gears. Generic pumps are new replacement pumps which may not be identical to OEM pumps.

• Warranty - H&R Brand pumps are warranted for one year from invoice date, rebuilt hydraulic pumps are warranted for 6 months from invoice date and must be installed in a clean, flushed system to avoid contamination, if not this will void your warranty. Reconditioned pumps are warranted for 90 Days. Warranty will be on a replacement parts or credit of the original cost basis only. Value Added hydraulic pumps will be warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - Hydraulic pump cores, when requested, must be returned prepaid to H&R. Cores must be packaged to protect against shipping damage.

Hydraulic Valves

• Description - Hydraulic valves are sold as complete assemblies as removed from the machine. Rebuilt valves are completely disassembled, cleaned, and seals replaced. Valve bodies, spools, and other parts are inspected for serviceability. Valves are flow tested for proper operation after reassembly. Reconditioned valves are opened and inspected. Parts are replaced as needed and valves are resealed as necessary. Value Added valves receive an external visual inspection. They are flow tested when possible to check for operation. Used valves are cleaned and visually inspected. They are sold in an as removed condition.

• Warranty - Rebuilt valves are warranted for 6 months from invoice date. Warranty will be on a parts replacement basis only. Reconditioned valves are warranted for 90 days. Value Added valves are warranted for 30 days. Used valves are sold as is. Warranty will be on a replacement parts or credit of the original cost basis only. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Hydraulic Cylinders

• Description - Hydraulic cylinders are sold as complete assemblies as removed from the machine. Rebuilt cylinders are disassembled for inspection of rod and barrel. Cylinders are packed, re-chromed if necessary, and reassembled. Value Added cylinders are extended to check condition of the chrome on the rod. Rod wiper seals are visually inspected. Bushing holes will be inspected. Bushings left in mounting holes are shipped as is and may or may not be serviceable depending on end users perception. Used and Core cylinders are sold as is.

• Warranty - Rebuilt cylinders are warranted for 6 months. Value Added cylinders will be warranted against failure for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Used and Core cylinders are not warranted. Warranty will be on a parts basis or refund of the purchase price only. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Final and Swing Drives

• Description - Drives are gear box assemblies that can be unbolted and removed as assemblies from crawler tractors or excavators. They may or may not include hydraulic travel motors as called for by the OEM part number and application. Generic drives are new replacement units which may or may not be identical to OEM drives. Reconditioned drives are completely disassembled. Parts are replaced on an as needed basis. The drives are resealed and tested as appropriate for proper operation. Value Added drives receive a visual external inspection. Lubricating oil is checked visually for cleanliness. Used drives are sold in an as removed condition.

• Warranty - FDC Brand and H&R Brand drives are warranted for one year from Invoice and rebuilt drives are warrated for 6 months from invoice date. Reconditioned drives are warranted for 90 Days. Warranty will be on a replacement parts or credit of the original cost basis only. Value Added drives will be warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - Drive cores when called for must be returned with all parts as supplied by H&R. They need not be fully assembled but must be packaged to prevent damage during shipment. H&R will pay return freight within the North American continent. H&R will make all arrangements for return freight.

Track Adjuster & Spring Assemblies

• Description - Track adjuster & spring assemblies are sold complete. Generic assemblies may or may not be identical to OEM units. Value Added assemblies are cleaned and given an internal and external visual inspection. Parts are inspected for wear and bores are checked for serviceability. Used assemblies are sold in an as removed condition.

• Warranty - H&R Brand track adjuster and spring assemblies are warranted for one year from invoice date. Value Added assemblies will be warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Labor for removal and installation are customer's responsibility.

• Core - No core is required unless specified at the time of sale.

Warranty Information

In general, the following warranty applies to the product type listed:

• FDC BRAND FINAL DRIVES - One year warranty
• H&R BRAND REPLACEMENT PARTS: One year warranty
• NEW: Six month warranty
• REBUILT: One year warranty
• RECONDITIONED: 90 Day warranty
• SURPLUS: 30 Day warranty
• USED: 30 Day warranty
• CORE: No warranty

Warranty periods will remain as listed unless modified by management. Extended warranties for individual parts may be sold for 5% of selling price per month of extentsion.
